Today’s guest, Danielle Adams, is someone who has been a long term coaching client of mine. Over the years I have had the pleasure of watching her go from managing a full time job, a budding business, and a family to now supporting her inside of my program The Agency Thrivemind as she grows her thriving agency! She shares how she used a layoff from her employment as her “swim or swim” moment and realized that generating an income doesn’t have to come at the expense of your time or your sanity.

I think Danielle’s story resonates with so many of us who have had traditional employment while growing our businesses; being away from home and accountable to an employer for so many hours of the day and then coming home and having to fit the rest of your life into those remaining hours can be tough!

Now Danielle encourages other entrepreneurs to achieve their business goals, increase their revenue, and create time to do things that bring them joy without sacrificing time with the people they love most. And I love how she has found a way to ask for - and receive - help with that mission in her business and her home.

In this episode we talk about:

  • Her decision to start her own business after being laid off

  • Her first 90 days as an entrepreneur

  • Finding work life balance

Danielle's mission is to teach entrepreneurs that you can achieve your business goals, increase your revenue, and create time to do things that bring you joy without sacrificing time with the people you love most.
