EPISODE 81 | How I Started My Agency
Listen On: iTunes | Google Play | Stitcher | Spotify
Although I’ve been in business for over 4 years now, my agency, The Launch Guild, is only 2 years old! How crazy is that? It feels like I’ve been growing this thing for much longer! When I first started my agency I felt a lot of overwhelm. I felt a lot of burnout. I felt that it was harder rather than easier and I definitely didn't understand why people were so into agency model businesses!
And what I grew to realize is that I was starting to build my business the wrong way. So this episode is my advice on what you should do instead. If you're thinking about an agency model business or already have an agency, consider this a must listen!
In this episode I’ll share…
What exactly is an agency model and does it differ from just “having a team”
The fears and mindset blocks I had to overcome to fully lead my company as the CEO
My realization that I was the bottleneck and how I changed that
How making sweeping changes in your business is similar to a crash diet (hint: don’t do this)
How mapping out my org chart changed everything...any what exactly an “org chart” even is
The difference between reactionary hiring vs. proactive hiring and the failed vs. successful results it’s produced
The ONE THING you should start doing now to prep for your agency.
Whew! This 20 minute episode is jam packed with gems!
